With nearly 25 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Williams has excelled as the vice president of information technology and facilities for the FedEx Employees Credit Association since 2011. He previously worked as a network analyst with Vanderbilt University from 2006 to 2011. Prior to these appointments, he was active as an information technology technician with the United Parcel Service of America Inc. from 1999 to 2006. Mr. Williams began his career as a database analyst with Access Medicare Plus from 1998 to 1999.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Williams pursued an education at Tennessee State University, from which he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 2003. He concluded his studies with coursework in business administration, management and operations at Vanderbilt University. Attributing his success to the positive influence of his parents and other prominent figures in his community, he is incredibly proud of his ability to overhaul entire information technology departments, including establishing three locations simultaneously in Los Angeles, Fort Worth and Memphis. Looking toward the future, Mr. Williams hopes to build his business while dedicating more time and effort to making a difference within his community as well as with his family.
