With years of experience to her credit, Ms. Mattera has excelled as the branch manager and a licensed mortgage loan originator with Grand Oaks Funding since 2016. Renowned among her peers for her persistence, discipline and care, she is responsible for helping local and international clients obtain financing programs via residential and commercial loans. In addition to this position, Ms. Mattera remains active as the president of Global Empire Logistics and the Green Ocean Corporation.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Mattera pursued an education at Universidad Iberoamericana, from which she obtained a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management in 2002. She continued her academic efforts with coursework in commerce at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 2003. She concluded her studies at University of Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2004, graduating with a master’s degree in economics. Furthermore, Ms. Mattera has garnered her certifications for her Minority- and Women-Owned Business Enterprises as well as in international real estate and deals negotiation from Harvard University in 2022.
Beyond her primary responsibilities, Ms. Mattera has been associated with various organizations in relation to her areas of expertise. Appointed as an ambassador by the St. John’s County Chamber of Commerce, she has further contributed to the Jacksonville Chamber Of Commerce and the Manhattan Chamber Business Referral Groups (BRG) with the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. She has also served as a board member for the Business Network International Money Movers and the Asian Real Estate Association of America. Moreover, Ms. Mattera has been affiliated with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, the International Society of Female Professionals, eXp Realty Dominican Republic and VTK Advisors LLC.
Attributing her success to her thirst for knowledge, her continued education and her desire to set an example for her four wonderful children, Ms. Mattera believes her work to be incredibly satisfying, as she loves to assist her clients in purchasing a home. Aiding many in achieving the American Dream, she is proud to help a variety of clients due to her ability to fluently speak English, Spanish and French while exhibiting the highest work ethic possible, which was instilled by her parents.
