With more than 15 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Alfred has excelled as the director of operations for The Alfred Firm since 2014. Renowned among her peers for her skills in balancing finances, she previously found success in her field as an operations manager for DistributionNOW from 2014 to 2017, a business analyst for National Oilwell Varco from 2010 to 2014, an administration and land assistant for Nippon Oil Exploration U.S.A. Ltd. from 2009 to 2010 and a paralegal with Kennedy & Associates from 2008 to 2009. Prior to these appointments, she worked as a therapist with the Texas Young Autism Project between 2007 and 2008. Ms. Alfred began her career as a professional ballet dancer, performing as a part of Columbia Folklore Ballet for 15 years.
Ms. Alfred initially pursued a higher education at the University of Houston, from which she earned a Bachelor of Arts in sociology in 2007. She continued her academic efforts with a paralegal certification from the Center for Advanced Legal Studies. She eventually concluded her studies at the Florida Institute of Technology in 2014, graduating with a Master of Business Administration. Attributing her success to always having a critical source of her inspiration, she is particularly proud of her perseverance, grit and creativity, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.
