Roy S. Andersen, president of Nordic Management Consulting, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of engineering.
With over 40 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Andersen has excelled as the president of Nordic Management Consulting since 2015, specializing in project management and various fields of technology. Prior to his current position, he served as a consulting partner for MetLife Services and Solutions LLC, and he was the vice president of global client partners for iGATE Global Solutions between 2012 and 2014. He originally began his career in 1979, working as an engineer for Northrop Grumman until 1986. As part of his dedication to his profession, Mr. Andersen remains affiliated with several industry-related organizations, including the New York City Chapter of the Project Management Institute and the Knights of Columbus.
Before beginning his vocational journey, Mr. Andersen pursued a formal education, beginning his studies at the Academy of Aeronautics, where he earned an associate’s degree in aeronautical design. He subsequently continued his studies at New York University and achieved a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering, a Master of Science in mechanical engineering and a Master of Business Administration. In addition to his academic credentials, he also holds several certifications pertinent to his industry. Outside of his primary professional endeavors, Mr. Andersen continues to serve as a civic-minded citizen in his community, volunteering and mentoring others at the Project Management Institute and serving as a minister at his local Holy Rosary Parish Church. Attributing much of his success to the love and support of his wife and parents, he was previously honored with an Award for Revenue and Profitability. Looking to the future, Mr. Andersen hopes to become a philanthropist in the hopes that he can further provide for others.
