Drew Romanic, principal and partner at the Martin Architectural Group PC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of architecture.

Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in his chosen field, Mr. Romanic has earned distinction through his work as a partner at the Martin Architectural Group PC, an architecture firm that specializes in the design of single and multi-family homes, age-restricted communities, retail and office spaces and mixed-use and transit-oriented developments, with a particular eye toward sustainability. In his capacity with the Group, Mr. Romanic leads the commercial division, through which he manages commissions for various retail and mixed-use projects. Committed to taking an active role in every contract, whether it be designing documents or administering construction efforts, he remains dedicated to ensuring that the final result best reflects the wishes of his clients. His portfolio of completed projects includes such locations in Maryland as Main Street at South River Colony in Edgewater, the Towne Centre in Hunt Valley, the Market Center and Gateway Village in Severna Park and McHenry Row in Baltimore, among others.

Prior to his work at Martin, Mr. Romanic served as a job captain at Crabtree Rohrbaugh Associates + Architects between 1994 and 1998, having previously functioned as a draftsman for St. Onge Ruff & Associates from 1989 to 1994.

Mr. Romanic’s performance in the field has largely been born of his academic journey, which began at the Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, from which he earned an associate degree in architectural drafting and computer-aided design and drafting. Following this accomplishment, he studied at Drexel University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in architecture in 1998. He has been registered as a professional architect in the states of Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. To remain aware of developments in the field, Mr. Romanic has also maintained his affiliation with such organization as the Commercial Industrial Realty Council, the Committee of 100, the Maryland Building Industry Association, Innovating Commerce Serving Communities and the Philadelphia and Baltimore Urban Land Institutes.

In accounting for his success, Mr. Romanic credits his diligent work ethic, his perseverance in pursuing his goals, and his deep and abiding passion for the industry. Looking toward the future, he aspires to continue expanding the scope of operations at the Martin Architectural Group, avail himself on behalf of both his clients and colleagues, and help define the character of the firm while going forward.
