In this capacity, he leverages a deep well of experience in manufacturing management, and is responsible for overseeing daily operations, sustaining partnerships with vendor organizations, connecting with manufacturing locations and financial offices, and offering his counsel as a mentor to those working under his supervision. For this, and other such accomplishments, Mr. Seresinhe is most proud to have been listed as one of the Top 10 Admired Leaders of 2022 by Industry Era, an Indian digital technology magazine.
Mr. Seresinhe initially became involved in the medical industry at Johnson & Johnson, where he served for over 10 years before joining Pharmacia, a pharmaceutical company that would later be acquired by Pfizer Inc. Adjacent to his main responsibilities in the field, he also sits on the advisory board for several organizations, including Parent File, Riverside Mall and PXIO, a high-speed fiber optics manufacturer. Long dedicated to civic advocacy, Mr. Seresinhe also contributes to area high schools as a charitable donor.
Before embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Seresinhe earned a Master of Science at West Coast University in 1982. Having harbored a longstanding interest in mathematics, he has also participated in coursework related to accounting and logistics, and is a certified statistician.
Mr. Seresinhe attributes much of his success to his ability to solve complex issues, as well as his passion for continuing education. Though his career has been filled with many memorable moments, Mr. Seresinhe is especially proud to have sustained constant growth and garnered a laudable reputation in his field.
