William “Bill” T. Butler, the broker and owner at Mortgage Management Services, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of real estate.

Drawing on more than four decades of experience in the field of real estate, Mr. Butler has earned distinction as the principal broker and owner of Record Mortgage Management Services since 2016. In this capacity, he is primarily responsible for drawing up applications for purchases and reverse mortgages, arranging for lender approval, and extending home equity lines of credit. Having served in virtually all positions in the field of real estate, including as a broker, processor, underwriter and loan officer, Mr. Butler previously found success in prominent roles with the Cambridge Funding Group, Ocean West Funding, the First Capital Corporation, the Eastland Mortgage Corporation and First Interstate Mortgage.

Outside of his primary endeavors in real estate, Mr. Butler serves as the president of Welcome Home Inc., a nonprofit charity that seeks to work on behalf of veterans. Notably, when dealing with veterans through his real estate ventures, he donates over 50% of the proceeds of the sale to the organization, which covers the customer’s closing costs and moving expenses. For this, and other such practices, Mr. Butler has garnered acclaim for holding the client’s best interests close at heart.  

Well-qualified in his field, Mr. Butler holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of California Irvine, and undertook several graduate-level courses in business finance and organization. Likewise, he has been certified as an underwriter via the Federal National Mortgage Association, Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
