Hailing from over 15 years of experience in her chosen field, Ms. Lloyd has found success in her dual roles as a project manager at Summit Human Capital, a business management consulting firm, and as a case manager on behalf of the Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. In the former position, she takes a leading role in providing information technology support to various companies, leveraging her deep experience at such organizations as Deloitte and Lockheed Martin. As a case manager at the U.S. Department of Justice, Ms. Lloyd has focused her efforts on e-discovery and litigation support, and bears responsibility for working with legal teams and technical staff to process electronic data that is being leveraged for ongoing investigations.
Ms. Lloyd first studied at Strayer University, where she attained a Bachelor of Science in computer information systems in 1992. Since then, she has earned certification in a variety of disciplines, including in pre-discovery procedures, ESI processing, and as a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. She is also a certified concordance systems administrator via LexisNexis, a data analytics product corporation. As a commitment to her field, Ms. Lloyd is a member of such organizations as the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists.
Ms. Lloyd largely attributes her success to her faith, which has sustained her in weathering a number of challenges and triumphs, both personally and professionally. Furthermore, she is most proud to have worked under the presidential administration of Joseph Biden, which has worked to enshrine civil rights in every area covered by the law.
