She has garnered additional professional experience as a mortgage loan officer, mitigation loss specialist and asset manager for a private mortgage insurance company. Additionally, she previously worked as a loan officer and property manager.
Ms. Murphy is eminently qualified in her field and holds multiple professional certifications. She is a Certified Military Relocation Specialist, an Accredited Luxury Home Specialist and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. Ms. Murphy is proud of serving buyers and sellers with all of their real estate needs. Ms. Murphy became involved in her profession because of her family history, as her grandfather and uncle were local builders. They would hire Ms. Murphy’s parents to clean up at the job sites, and Ms. Murphy would accompany her parents, becoming fascinated with the home-building process. In high school, she took an interior design class and fell in love with it, and initially, she wanted to become a builder and interior designer. After attending college on the advice of her parents, she found her way into the real estate industry following her experience in the mortgage industry. In the coming years, Ms. Murphy’s goal is to continue training and optimizing her team.
