Prior to his current position, he served as a Florida representative with the Office of Public Liaison in 1991. For 15 years, he garnered experience as a performing arts teacher.
Dr. Rose prepared for his career at Florida Atlantic University, where he graduated with bachelor’s degrees in theater arts, music education, and fine arts. He continued his higher education at the institution, earning a master’s degree in nonprofit management in 2012 and a Master of Business Administration in 2013. In 2015, Dr. Rose concluded his formal education at Lynn University, graduating with a Doctor of Education. In addition to his degrees, he is a certified fundraiser and holds a certificate in financial planning. He additionally earned the designation of Certified International Specialist from Florida Atlantic University in 2013.
For his professional excellence, Dr. Rose was named Insurance Expert of the Year by Finance Monthly and the International Lawyers Journal in 2021. In 2020, the South Florida Business Journal named him Top 2/12. In 2016, he was the runner-up for his learning theory thesis with the Carnegie Project on the Education Doctorate. In the coming years, Dr. Rose hopes to continue finding success in his current industry.
From 2004 to 2015, Dr. Rose served as the president of the Life Care Foundation on Disabilities. He additionally contributed to Limitless Horizons International. To keep abreast of changes in his field, Dr. Rose has maintained affiliation with an underwriter’s association, the Palm Beach County Underwriters Association, the Florida Association of British Business and his local chamber of commerce. In his spare time, he enjoys exercising and hiking.
