With XPO Logistics Inc., Mr. Wagner worked as the senior director of global operations from 2014 to 2016, a program director from 2008 to 2014 and a senior logistics manager from 2005 to 2008. He began his career as the manager and launch manager of Menlo Worldwide from 1995 to 2006.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Wagner attended Western Governors University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science in business management. He previously served in the United States Marine Corps and received an honorable discharge. Among his professional accomplishments, Mr. Wagner considers developing logistical solutions across the United States for a multi-billion dollar internet search provider to be his most notable achievement.
Mr. Wagner attributes his success to his willingness to continue learning and staying up to date. He also credits his ability to talk to people at any level of the company, from those cleaning the floor to C-suite executives. In the coming years, Mr. Wagner plans to continue his professional growth and play a larger role in logistics.
