To support his professional endeavors, Mr. Dias pursued an education in Brazil, obtaining a Master of Business Administration in finance, marketing and finance from a regional university. During this time, he refined his professional skills as a board member for BESC in Brazil over the course of 10 years. Following these accomplishments, Mr. Dias concluded his studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, from which he graduated with a master’s degree.
In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Dias remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. Associated with his local chamber of commerce, he has been actively involved on the Marketing Discipline Advisory Committee at the George Washington University. Mr. Dias has also contributed as a member of the European Projects and Management Agency (EPMA).
In light of his exceptional undertakings, Mr. Dias has accrued several accolades throughout his impressive career. A finalist among the 2023 Entrepreneurs, he was recognized among the Top 10 Chief Operating Officers during his time with Hayman-Woodward. Furthermore, he is proud to be on track to accrue more than $200 million in revenue in 2023.
