He additionally earned his license to practice as a real estate broker. Hailing from a family of entrepreneurs in the fields of real estate, investment banking and wealth management, Mr. Vartanian was inspired to enter the field of financial services as he believed it was a better fit for his personality.
Beyond his primary responsibilities, Mr. Vartanian has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his immediate professional circles. Designated as a scout leader for Homenetmen since 2000, he has likewise contributed to the aforementioned organization as a scout leader for the East Coast Region from 2014 to 2017 and a leader for Troop 1915 from 2012 to 2017. He has also supported his community as the treasurer for the Armenian Youth Federation from 2007 to 2016, a day camp counselor for the Armenian Relief Society from 2012 to 2015 and a red cross volunteer with the Republic of Georgia in 2013. Mr. Vartanian has found further success as a member of the Drexel Finance and Investment Group from 2018 to 2019 and an advisor for the Real Estate Management and Development Advisory Board at Drexel University since 2022.
Attributing his success to his persistence, Mr. Vartanian has accrued several accolades throughout his impressive career. Recognized to the Dean’s List at Drexel University in 2015, he was likewise honored among the 30 under 30 for the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Region. Marcus & Millicap has celebrated him with both the National Achievement Award in 2021 and the Sales Recognition Award from 2021 to 2022. Looking toward the future, Mr. Vartanian hopes to double his real estate portfolio while continuing his exceptional work in real estate brokerage, investment and development.
