Mr. Luebs leverages over three decades of experience in the aviation and aerospace industries. Since 2020, he has served as a regional account executive for Aero Performance in Fort Worth, Texas. The company is well-regarded for its vast selection of certified and homebuilt aircraft supplies, which are sold to clients worldwide. As part of his duties in the field, Mr. Luebs specializes in distributing purchased products and providing solutions to any issues customers may be facing.
Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Luebs excelled as a sales director for Aviall Inc. (now Boeing) from 2002 to 2020. Additionally, he operated as a mid-Atlantic sales manager for the company from 2003 to 2018. At the onset of his career, he was a regional sales manager in the mid-Atlantic United States for AMR COMBS Inc., a subsidiary of AMR American Airlines, from 1988 to 2003.
Adjacent to his primary professional interests, Mr. Luebs also remains active as a civic-minded citizen, having volunteered at children’s hospitals in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and with interior woodworking projects in his community. Before beginning his vocational journey, he pursued a higher education, completing coursework in business administration and management at Wilkes University. Furthermore, Mr. Luebs has been formally trained in sales and manufacturing for aircraft batteries, wheels and brakes through Boeing.
To commemorate his accomplishments, Mr. Luebs has been honored with several accolades, including a Top Ten Sales Award in Growth Sales and Margin in 2013. He also received a similar Top Five Sales Award in Growth Sales and Margin from AMR COMBS Inc. in 1993 and 1990. In light of his fulfilling career, he has largely attributed his success to his passion for aviation and customer satisfaction. While he is proud of all of his professional accomplishments, Mr. Luebs is particularly grateful for his two wonderful daughters.
