Since 1990, Mr. Bouton has excelled as a co-founder and the chief executive officer of Viatech Global in Florence, Arizona. In this role, he oversees business operations, independent contractors, employee assessment and recruitment. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Bouton was the general manager of monitoring for NESCO, and from 1993 to 1994, he was the director of marketing with Arizona Instrument LLC. He began his career as the president and chief executive officer of Genelco Inc. from 1971 to 1987 and the director of marketing for Tracer Research from 1989 to 1991. In 2012, Mr. Bouton authored a chapter in “Engagement, Retention and Growth-10 Strategic Solutions for Sustainable Corporate Expansion & Employee Retention” with Three Creeks Publishing. In 2011, he wrote “Cult of Personality Assessments” in the Journal of Medical Practice Management.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Bouton completed coursework at the University of New Mexico. He trained under four axiologists and later became a Certified Values Analyst and Certified Behavior Analyst through Target Training International Ltd. in 2004. In 2009, Mr. Bouton became a Certified Axiologist with Viatech Global. Among his professional accomplishments, he developed a patent for optical liquid-level sensors, which led him to establish Genelco Inc. He helped Arizona Instrument LLC grow its sales from $300,000 to more than $8 million and helped a health care organization save more than $42 million in hiring and retention expenses.
