With over four decades of experience to his credit, Mr. Neviaser is a proven expert in the field of hospitality. Specializing in hotel and resort management, he has served as a co-founder and principal for Imagine Resorts & Hotels LLC, based in Madison, Wisconsin, since 2015. The resort brand has developed a positive reputation among its clients and guests for its creative reimagining of the family resort concept. Furthermore, Mr. Neviaser’s business is dedicated to delivering authentic and immersive experiences for all customers who enter.
In addition to his primary professional pursuits, Mr. Neviaser also continues to operate as a managing partner for Turnkey Building Supply, having originally joined the company in 2018. Furthermore, as part of his other real estate endeavors, he has been a managing director of Continuum Investment Partners since 2004. Mr. Neviaser has held similar positions with Vilas Capital Management in 2014 and with Iconos Partners from 2011 to 2014. At the onset of his career, he excelled in the field of commercial real estate for several years.
Before embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Neviaser cultivated a higher education. To wit, he completed coursework pertinent to his field at the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1975 to 1980. Likewise, he earned his certification as a commercial investment member (CCIM) from the National Association of REALTORS in 1984. As part of his commitment to his professional and civic interests, he maintains his affiliation with the Paul Carbone Comprehensive Cancer Center.
To commemorate his accomplishments in the field, Mr. Neviaser was previously inducted into the World Waterpark Association Hall of Fame in 2005. Attributing much of his success to his understanding and recognition of his own self-worth, he is notably proud of his involvement in the construction of his local Great Wolf Lodge. Looking to the future, Mr. Neviaser hopes to continue his latest projects alongside Hasbro, in addition to beginning a new charitable, nonprofit organization.
