Mr. Madnani began his career as an intern at California State University and a mechanical engineering intern with The Weir Group PLC in 2008.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Madnani pursued an education at Campion School in Mumbai, India, from which he graduated in 2000. He subsequently continued his academic efforts in the United States, earning a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering at California State University, Fresno in 2010. Also obtaining his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, Mr. Madnani concluded his studies with a Master of Business Administration in entrepreneurial studies and finance from the Eller College of Management at the University of Arizona.
Drawn to mechanical engineering due to his desire to enter the automotive industry, Mr. Madnani eventually found success in manufacturing following the economic recession in 2008. Among the many highlights of his diverse career, he is incredibly proud of completing 94 projects with a combined value of $14.2 million alongside only three other engineers within a year. Looking toward the future, Mr. Madnani hopes to continue focusing on his career and building upon his business acumen.
