Mr. Rodrigues leverages more than 15 years as a proven expert in business administration and management. In 2019, he founded White Rabbit Business Solutions, where he continues to serve as the chief executive officer. The business coaching, networking and connections company is well-regarded for its specialized services, which focus on linking like-minded professionals together. As a leader within his organization, Mr. Rodrigues specializes in networking and connecting business owners, as well as utilizing his vision to guide his company. He was inspired to begin the company during the COVID-19 pandemic as a means of creating a new network for small business owners.
Adjacent to his primary professional duties, Mr. Rodrigues also recently excelled as an official in the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce. From 2016 to 2023, he operated as a chair ambassador for the chamber’s outreach committee, and in 2019, he became a member of the board of directors. In his other recent endeavors, Mr. Rodrigues was a broker for The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America between 2018 and 2020 and a partner with AJN Solutions LLC in 2019. At the onset of his career, he was an agency owner, HR manager, and marketing manager and producer for Farmers Insurance Group from 2008 to 2011.
Prior to embarking on his vocational journey, Mr. Rodrigues pursued a formal education. To wit, he attended California State University, Hayward (now California State University, East Bay) and achieved a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1994. In addition to his academic credentials, he also holds several pertinent certifications as a resident insurance producer for various items such as variable contracts, accidents and health, and property brokerage.
Mr. Rodrigues also remains dedicated to civic advocacy, regularly participating in the Rotary Clubs of Danville and Sycamore, California. In light of his fulfilling career, he has largely attributed his success to his faith in others. Accounting for his accomplishments, he is particularly proud to have begun his own company, and he is grateful to be counted as a trustworthy friend amongst his many colleagues and associates. In the coming years, Mr. Rodrigues looks forward to expanding his business so that it may operate at the national level.
