In 2016, he founded Alpha & Omega Contract Sales & Consulting Inc., a nitrogen services and heavy equipment distribution company based in Odessa, Texas. Well-regarded for his skills as a leader, he currently serves as the chief executive officer of his company. Driven by his faith, Mr. Johnson is proud to guide the goals and initiatives of his business each and every day.
Prior to founding his own company, Mr. Johnson operated as the Permian Basin regional manager for pro petro services at the ProPetro Holding Corp. from 2011 to 2016. Furthermore, from 2006 to 2010, he worked as a sales manager for Bobcat Pressure Control. At the onset of his career, Mr. Johnson excelled as a food safety and quality consultant in the Permian Basin region for Halliburton from 1993 to 2006.
Adjacent to his primary professional endeavors, Mr. Johnson remains active as a civic-minded citizen in his community. To wit, he is the president of his local branch of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, and he is a board member of the Harmony Home Children’s Advocacy Center in Odessa. Likewise, he is a board member of One Objective. In light of his accomplishments in the field, Mr. Johnson and his company were recently featured in the Associated Equipment Distributors magazine in 2023.
To commemorate his achievements, Mr. Johnson’s previously named Entrepreneur of the Year, and his company was named Business of the Year. Accounting for his success, he is particularly proud to have begun his own organization. In the coming years, Mr. Johnson hopes to continue expanding his brand by furthering its sustainability. Likewise, he hopes to leave a lasting legacy for his children and grandchildren.
