Renowned as a pioneer of the commercial space industry, Ms. Ansari has excelled as the president of Ansari Enterprise since 2012, which eventually became Ansari Space City. Previously, she was a research and development consultant and technical writer from 1999 to 2001. Ms. Ansari began her impressive career in research and development with Creative Nail Design, Revlon and the Colomer Group in 1994.
Since 2009, Ms. Ansari has been active as a member of the executive board for Space Renaissance International. She was also recruited as a member of Google Lunar XPRIZE’s Team Synergy Moon and she was the energy, education and freedom leader for Abundance. As a testament to her wealth of knowledge in the scientific realm, Ms. Ansari also proudly recalls participating in space discussion panels and science fiction panels, including one at the International Space Development Conference in Huntsville, Alabama, in Spring 2011, in a city where her great uncle Hurmoz Ansari used to lecture as a college professor in the 1950s and 1960s.
Before embarking upon her professional path, Ms. Ansari pursued her education at Florida State University, completing coursework in chemical engineering between 1989 and 1990. She subsequently continued her academic career with additional coursework in chemical engineering at the University of California San Diego between 1990 and 1991. She has a Bachelor of Science from California State University, San Marcos, and she holds a teaching certification in the state of California.
Ms. Ansari attributes her success to her intensive passionate drive to solve problems and identify a truth that resonates with people. While she has accomplished much in the areas of her expertise, she is especially proud of raising two brilliant daughters, who have become esteemed in their respective early careers. She traces her lineage to kings and queens of Persia.
