Bhaskar Dey, vice president of customer success and solutions at eClerx, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in business administration.
Drawing on more than 15 years of experience, Mr. Dey is a proven expert in the fields of market analytics and business consultations. Specializing in technology solutions, digital company transformation, and revenue growth and optimization, he recently joined eClerx in Raleigh, North Carolina, as the vice president of customer success and solutions in 2023. In his current leadership role, he focuses on guiding key customers and clients through digital and data-driven procedures aimed at improving and transforming various business procedures. Prior to his current appointment, Mr. Dey excelled as an analytics and consulting leader at Fractal Analytics Inc. between 2022 and 2023.
In his other previous work experiences, Mr. Dey operated as a senior global client partner for global tech and CPG clients at Course5 Intelligence from 2017 to 2022. Furthermore, he was a digital solutions and products lead for the company from 2014 to 2017. Mr. Dey likewise operated as the senior manager of digital analytics and business intelligence at Airtel India between 2013 and 2014. Originally from India, he began his career in 2007, working as an associate program manager and senior manager of digital analytics for eClerx in the Mumbai region of India until 2012.
As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Dey pursued a formal education. He originally attended Nagpur University, where he received a bachelor’s degree in engineering and electronics. He subsequently continued his studies at the ICFAI Business School and achieved a Master of Business Administration. In addition to his academic credentials, Mr. Dey holds several pertinent certifications, including in the usage of artificial intelligence and in digital transformation procedures.
As part of his dedication to his profession, Mr. Dey remains active as a member of the Digital Analytics Association. Additionally, he continues to serve as a civic-minded citizen, having volunteered in technology and website management procedures for the Bengali Association of North Carolina since 2019, where he also serves on the technical and digital capabilities team. To commemorate his achievements, Mr. Dey has been recognized with several honors throughout his career, most recently earning a Rainmaker of the Year accolade in 2018 and 2019 and a Rising Star Award in 2016 from Course5 Intelligence. Attributing much of his success to his ability to connect with his clients and customers, he is particularly proud of his ability to pivot between various professional focuses as needed in his field.
