Prior to these positions, he served as the director of marketing for the Pinnacle Imaging Center for four years. Moreover, he worked as a call center representative, a telecommunications sales representative for four years, and a sales and business development representative for a multinational telecommunications company for four years. To support his professional ambitions, Mr. Moya pursued an education at Miami Dade College, from which he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in management and operations in 2013.
Beyond his primary responsibilities, Mr. Moya has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his immediate circles. Since 2019, he has been active as a supporter and fundraiser for La Liga Contra el Cancer, also known as The League Against Cancer. He previously contributed to his community as the Lead Impact Network Change (LINC) Committee Member for The United Way of Miami-Dade from 2015 to 2018, a sponsor for South Florida’s Premier Basketball League, a volunteer for Miami Rescue Mission with Broward Outreach Centers, a trustee for the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce and a member of the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Moya has found success with various additional volunteer efforts in conjunction with local nonprofit organizations, including beach cleaning, food and toy drives, and hygienic care for the unhoused population.
In light of his exceptional undertakings, Mr. Moya has received several accolades throughout his career. In 2022, he was recognized among the Power Players by Miami Modern Magazine and the Men of Influence by Lifestyle Magazine. Likewise, he was presented with the Hispanic Young Leader Award by the Boy Scouts of America in that same year. A trusted Google and Facebook partner, Heyday Marketing LLC has been honored as the Marketing Agency of the Year by the South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, highlighted as the Best in Business for their nonprofit work by La Liga Contra el Cancer in 2019, and celebrated among the Top Ten Best SEO Agencies in Miami by Expertise in 2020.
Mr. Moya attributes his success to his risk-inclined nature, as he enjoys improving himself and remains passionate about what he does. He was drawn to his field by serendipity, as he met one of the administrators of Leadership in South Florida at a culture camp in Las Vegas who committed to being his first client if he opened a marketing firm.
