Christopher Daniel Fraley, executive director of Shelter of Hope Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the nonprofit industry.
With more than a decade of experience to his experience, Mr. Fraley is a rising leader in the nonprofit industry. In 2021, he joined Shelter of Hope Inc. as an assistant director, and in 2022, he became an executive director for the organization. Based in Ashland, Kentucky, the group remains deeply committed to empowering and providing for homeless individuals and families. In his leadership positions, Mr. Fraley primarily oversees temporary emergency sheltering and housing assistance, in addition to providing a variety of other community outreach services. Likewise, he specializes in finances, accounting, marketing and public relations for the company.
Adjacent to his primary duties, Mr. Fraley has also served as the chief executive officer and co-founder of LVF Executive Management Group LLP since 2021. In his previous professional endeavors, he was the residential manager for ResCare Community Living between 2020 and 2021. Furthermore, he served as a mental health case manager for Pathways Inc. in 2020 and as a case manager for Mainstream Services Inc. between 2019 and 2020. At the onset of his career in 2012, Mr. Fraley worked as a direct support professional for Community Options Inc., a position he held until 2015.
As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Fraley pursued a formal education, originally earning a Bachelor of Science in public health at Western Kentucky University in 2016. Additionally, he completed several post-baccalaureate coursework at his alma mater, the University of London, and Capella University. In continuing his studies, Mr. Fraley is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at Western Kentucky University. In addition to his academic credentials, he is also CPR, AED and first aid certified by the American Heart Association Inc.
Ever committed to his professional interests, Mr. Fraley has remained active within the American Public Health Association since 2016. To commemorate his accomplishments in the field, he has been honored with numerous accolades, including recognition as a Kentucky Colonel by the Honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels in 2022 and as a President’s Scholar by Gary Ransdall in 2016. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. Fraley has largely attributed his success to his parents, who instilled in him a dedicated work ethic and passion for his profession. In the coming years, he hopes to continue establishing new agencies and businesses focused on community outreach and betterment.
