Moreover, Ms. Cernera has been dedicated to helping small businesses and companies improve their performances, expand upon their capabilities, and build the foundation for their growth by connecting their departments and allowing them to participate in the same conversations.
Ms. Cernera previously served as a consultant for Sales Source Inc. from 2019 to 2020, a commercial operations business partner for Mambu in 2021, and the director of revenue operations from 2021 to 2022. She was likewise recruited as a sales and marketing operations analyst by TrackVia Inc. from 2017 to 2019. Prior to these appointments, she found success with SEI Novus as a sales operations associate from 2014 to 2015 and a manager of sales operations from 2015 to 2017. Ms. Cernera was also active as a senior operations analyst for Oliver Wyman from 2011 to 2014.
To support her professional ambitions, Ms. Cernera obtained a Bachelor of Arts in theology and classical civilizations at Fordham University in 2011. Between 2009 and 2011, she worked as a senior student information technology consultant with the Information Technology Help Desk at Fordham University. She refined her skills in her field as an intern with Matte and Company in 2008 and The Ferrara Law Group PC from 2007 to 2009. Ms. Cernera began her career as a sales associate for Cargo Bay from 2004 to 2008.
Ms. Cernera attributes her success to her stellar work ethic, her compassion for others and her extraordinary dedication to her industry. She was drawn to her profession after advancing with her previous companies, which enabled her to seek new skills and eventually establish AMC Consulting, which she operates in word-of-mouth business and referrals.
