Eric J. Norman, owner, chief executive officer and president of Norman Clinical Laboratory Inc., has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the fields of laboratory and health care science.
With more than five decades of experience to his credit, Dr. Norman has cultivated a career of excellence as a laboratory manager in the health care industry. Since 1985, he has served as the owner, chief executive officer and president of Norman Clinical Laboratory Inc., based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Additionally, he has held several positions as a laboratory director with companies such as the Dayton Pain Center LLC, the Pain Evaluation & Management Center of Ohio, and the Cincinnati Comprehensive Pain Center since 2019. Furthermore, Dr. Norman joined Lexar Laboratory & Analysis LLC in 2015 in a similar laboratory management role. Well-regarded for his expertise, he has also offered his talents as a laboratory director to numerous other businesses since beginning his career in 1970, including DNA Diagnostic Services Inc., Cornerstone Project LLC, the Amin Family Medical Center, and Life Spring Recovery.
As part of his vocational journey, Dr. Norman also honorably served in the United States Army from 1964 to 1997. He entered the Army Reserves closer to his retirement from military service and ultimately achieved the rank of colonel. He also pursued a formal education, earning a BS in physics in 1964, a BA in chemistry in 1970, an MS in biochemistry in 1972, and a PhD in biochemistry in 1977. In addition to his primary efforts, Dr. Norman also excelled as an educator at the onset of his career, working with such institutions as Texas A&M University from 1970 to 1977 and the University of Cincinnati from 1977 to 1992. He is similarly known for his commitment to civic advocacy, having contributed his prowess to many nonprofit organizations and scholarly journals, including Youth for All Nations and the Creation Research Science Education Foundation Inc. To wit, Dr. Norman is notably proud to have offered his talents to 43 publications, as well as having appeared for a plethora of public speaking presentations.
