He originally joined the company in 1998 as a CMM operator, and he has also operated within the company as a quality leader and quality lab inspector. At the onset of his career, Mr. Stirushnik excelled as a manufacturing engineer technician for Pass & Seymour, as part of Legrand North America LLC, from 1988 to 1997. Outside of his primary duties, he also remains active as volunteer with his local church.
As part of his vocational journey, Mr. Stirushnik pursued a formal education. As a student of The University of North Carolina at Charlotte, he achieved a Bachelor of Science in business administration and management, magna cum laude, in 2007. To commemorate his achievements, he was honored within the National Society of Collegiate Scholars the same year of his graduation. In light of his fulfilling career, he has largely attributed his success to his dedicated work ethic and team-oriented nature. While he is grateful for his numerous professional achievements, Mr. Stirushnik is most notably proud of his children. In the coming years, he looks forward to retiring and spending more time with his family.
