Since 2023, he has excelled as a senior project manager with Fenagh Inc., an inspection and materials testing company that offers unmatched software capabilities and boasts an impressive team of experts in all matters of construction services.
In his position as newly appointed Vice President, Mr. Johnson maintains responsibility for logistical issues, ensuring that job sites possess the proper equipment and supervising the project management team across the United States. Since joining the team at Fenagh Inc., he has worked on several high-rise buildings, multi-family homes, hotels, apartment complexes, hospitals and school districts. Earlier in his career, Mr. Johnson served as an ironworker in the 1990s, then pursued a lucrative career in inspections. From 2008 to 2023, he worked in the building industry, spending the first nine years as an inspector and the latter six years as a senior project manager.
Currently, Mr. Johnson and his team of specialists are working to improve Highmark Stadium (formerly known as Bills Stadium) in Erie County, New York, with their eyes set on the Nissan Stadium in Nashville, Tennessee. Locally, their work in Southern California has grown rapidly, and since 2020, the company has quadrupled in size. Mr. Johnson is also collaborating with the sales and operations team to facilitate company growth.
Mr. Johnson was inspired by his brothers, who also possessed a diligent work ethic and aptitude for identifying areas for improvement to proactively implement change. Emphasizing that while failures may be inevitable, individuals should learn from crucial experiences and be reminded that viewing failures as a lesson will allow them to become better equipped to handle similar situations. Mr. Johnson is incredibly gratified by his career, having ascended the ranks from the ground up. Looking forward, he endeavors to grow the company to national recognition while streamlining project management and operational processes.
Mr. Johnson pursued certification in the field of construction prior to commencing his career. Becoming an ICC special inspector through Innovative Inspector Training, he also expanded upon his existing knowledge with certifications in quality assurance, business process improvement, value engineering, operations and project management.
