From 2016 to 2017, she was an associate talent acquisition consultant with Fidelity Investments. Ms. Healey began her career as a recruiter and office administrator for Professional Alternatives in 2006 and later worked as a human resources specialist and recruiter for Lovelace Medical Center from 2007 to 2011.
In preparation for her career, Ms. Healey attended Columbia Southern University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2015. In her current role, she partners with management to ensure that they have an adequate workforce to meet customer needs. Ms. Healey also helps companies build a desirable and healthy company culture while remaining open and available to employees.
Ms. Healey attributes her success to having strong leadership skills and capitalizing on her connections and resources. She worked hard and has pushed through obstacles to arrive where she is today. In the future, Ms. Healey plans to become a human resources business partner and human resources manager. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, reviewing books for authors, completing puzzles, horseback riding, and spending time with her children.
