Uday Ghare, Vice President and North America Delivery Head with Tech Mahindra, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in enterprise solutions and business administration.
Since 2022, Mr. Ghare has found success as the vice president and North America delivery head for telecom, media and entertainment with Tech Mahindra. He has contributed to the digital services company since 1999, when he worked as a customer deliver manager until 2007. From 2017 to 2018, he was the global delivery head for media and entertainment with Tech Mahindra, and from 2010 to 2016, he was the delivery head for digital services in vertical communications.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Ghare attended Savitribai Phule Pune University in India, where he earned a Master of Business Administration in 1996. In 2013, he graduated from the Indian Institute of Management with a degree in business administration and management. Mr. Ghare attended The University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business and completed the Global Program for Management Development and Organization Leadership in 2018. In 2020, he studied executive education and sustainable business strategy with Harvard Business School Online, and in 2023, he completed the Stanford LEAD Program in business leadership at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Ghare has found success with his creative endeavors in addition to his primary roles. He authored the featured paper “The Digital Revolution and Irresistible Pi for Telecom” in the Wall Street Journal and “Agile Colocation Model” for Testing Experience. For his accomplishments, Mr. Ghare received an Ace Award from Tech Mahindra in 2019 and 2020 and an Alumni of the Year award in 2023.
Mr. Ghare has maintained affiliations with numerous professional organizations, including TMForum, Tie Pune, and the International Academy of Television, Arts and Science. He attributes his success to his creativity and curiosity. In his spare time, Mr. Ghare enjoys reading business books and biographies, singing, walking, and hiking with his family and dog.
