John J. Raffaeli Jr., Co-Owner and President of C3 Investment Holdings LLC, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership as an entrepreneur.

Since 2011, Mr. Raffaeli has excelled as the co-owner and president of C3 Investment Holdings LLC. The company’s current holdings include a vineyard in Argentina, casks of Scotch whiskey and a stage play production. Prior to his current role, he found success as the senior vice president of human resources with Thomson Reuters from 1998 to 2011.

Mr. Raffaeli began his career with the Continental Can Company as the corporate general manager of industrial relations from 1976 to 1990. From 1990 to 1995, he was a senior operating officer of human resources for the Salomon Brothers. He garnered further experience as a managing director of human resources with UBS from 1995 to 1998.

Among his professional experience, Mr. Raffaeli has contributed his expertise as a visiting lecturer to the University of Chester and St. Mary’s University. He was the acting executive director of the Mountbatten Institute in 2015, and he currently serves as the vice chair of the board of trustees for the institute’s internship program, a position he began in 2011. Among his various positions, Mr. Raffaeli worked as an MBA dissertation supervisor and career school instructor.

Mr. Raffaeli has found success through his creative endeavors, producing the play “A Lucky Life,” which tells the story of baseball star Lou Gehrig. He is the author of numerous health-focused articles and is a member of the board of advisers for the Journal of Health Care Benefits. Mr. Raffaeli was featured in a segment on CNBC and has been cited in numerous national publications.

For his entrepreneurial accomplishments, Mr. Raffaeli won Blended Scotch Whisky of the Year from the New York International Spirits Competition in 2021 and Argentina Barrel-Aged Winery of the Year from the New York International Wine Competition in 2020. He was named a Hereditary Member of the Society of the Cincinnati in 2022 and received an American Hero Award from the National Kidney Registry in 2017. In his spare time, Mr. Raffaeli enjoys walking in his neighborhood, studying genealogy and playing golf.
