Recipient of the Five-Star Award from Brokers Agent Advisors and named Top 25 of REALTORS® by HomeSnap, Inc., as well as a Zillow Premier Agent, among other elite industry designations, at Gold Rush Realty Group she works with buyers and sellers, closes deals, and promotes the business through advertising. Ms. Foyil intends to grow the business into a residential real estate firm that helps to develop young real estate officers. The wife and mother of three children previously owned and was the office manager for nearly three decades at the Law Offices of David Foyil, working with her husband.
Ms. Foyil became a real estate agent after growing up in a family deeply involved in real estate as property managers, who were responsible for more than 40 apartments simultaneously that she often helped to clean as a youth. Today she is certified in California as a real estate agent, a notary, and a highly trained medical professional coder in addition to holding a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Wyoming. Having also enjoyed many years in the creative arts, Ms. Foyil earned an Associate of Arts in music from Northwest College, was a majorette and show twirler of batons, hoops, flags, and fire batons in the Wild Cat Marching Band in Thermopolis, Wyoming; a first chair percussionist in the Thermopolis Bobcat Band; and a participant in numerous piano auditions and recitals. She is a member of the National Baton Twirling Association and the United States Twirling Association as well as the winner of more than 400 awards, trophies, titles, and additional designations for her twirling and scholarly achievements throughout her youth.
