Drawing on nearly four decades of experience, Mr. McLemore has cultivated a career of excellence in the fields of business marketing and product development. Since 2014, he has served as a partner and as the director of marketing and development at Power Temp Systems Inc., where he specializes in integrating new portable power systems for existing businesses. Prior to his current leadership appointments, he excelled as a marketing manager for Applied Production Services between 2013 and 2014. Additionally, he was the director of power distribution for Trystar from 2008 to 2013 and the owner of Applied Production Services & APS Power Systems from 2003 to 2008. At the onset of his career, Mr. McLemore operated in national entertainment sales and design for Aggreko from 1985 to 1992.
As part of his commitment to his profession, Mr. McLemore remains affiliated with the Texas Municipal League, the International Association of Electrical Inspectors, the Electrical Generating Systems Association, and the National Bankers Association. He also previously pursued a formal education, earning a Bachelor of Arts in marketing at Sam Houston State University in 1983. In his creative efforts, Mr. McLemore holds a 2018 patent for a new bus system and a 2016 patent for lugs made specifically for portable power cables. In 2017, he was awarded for the New Product of the Year by Powergen International. In light of his fulfilling career, Mr. McLemore has largely attributed his success to his alacrity, passion and enthusiasm.
