He is also a member of the board of directors for the Wounded Warriors Project, which fundraises on behalf of veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. Before embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Chapman studied history and political science at the University of Toronto, from which he received a Bachelor of Arts in 1986. Following his entry into the Canadian Armed Forces, he graduated from the Canadian Army Command and Staff College in 1993, and the Canadian Forces College in 2008.
