Hailing from over two decades of expertise in her chosen field, Ms. Acosta has distinguished herself through her role at Front Range Wireless. As a woman-owned wireless infrastructure provider, Front Range Wireless specializes in all facets of wireless service, including the construction of cell towers, microwave installation and testing, and cell site modification and maintenance, among many other services. Leading an executive team whose experience encompasses a combined 100 years in the industry, Ms. Acosta is responsible for all administrative functions for the company, including liaising with clients and ensuring that technicians receive the proper certifications.
Prior to assuming her current role in 2022, Ms. Acosta held various positions of high leadership throughout the field of telecommunications. To wit, she availed herself as the executive vice president of QualTek, the senior vice president of business development at Leaf Communications, the director of sales at Talley Inc. and the director of sales for Smartlink LLC. Previously, she had worked as a project manager at BCI, Sprint Nextel and the Alaris Group LLC, having embarked upon the first leg of her career journey as a coordinator with the Consulting Group Inc. in 2002.
Well-regarded for her manifold accomplishments, Ms. Acosta was notably listed among Capacity’s Women to Watch in 2023, which celebrates 20 women from across the telecommunication and technology sectors who have achieved impressive results in their respective fields, as well as breaking down barriers across the industry. She was also certified by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council during the same year.
Throughout the course of her career, Ms. Acosta is most proud to have distinguished herself as a business owner, having seized an opportunity she never would have thought possible while coming of age. In accounting for her success, she largely credits her accomplishments in building and expanding upon her network, as well as cultivating a keen understanding of the needs of her customers.
