With more than 20 years of excellence to his credit, Mr. Beach has found success in his role at Lactalis Heritage Dairy, where he leverages his expertise in business management and brand development as the head of sales channels. Responsible for revenue planning and the annual budgeting of $200 million, he draws on past experience in positions of leadership at The Kraft Heinz Company, Kraft Foods Inc. and Nabisco, beginning in 1998 and culminating in his current role, which he accepted in 2021. Prior to embarking upon his professional journey, Mr. Beach studied at the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, from which he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in 1987. Following this accomplishment, he undertook coursework toward an MBA at the University of Central Oklahoma.
In accounting for his success, Mr. Beach largely credits his intrinsic understanding of the needs of his staff, as well as his flexibility in providing an environment that meets those needs. Likewise, he is adept at challenging and motivating people to accomplish tasks they may otherwise doubt their ability to do. Among his most cherished achievements, he is proud to have served as a mentor and leader to so many colleagues, many of whom have gone on to pursue successful careers in their own right. Looking toward the future, Mr. Beach hopes to soon commence his retirement and become involved in the nonprofit sector.
