Ashley Elizabeth Julyan, president of The AEJ Group, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of government communications.
With more than 20 years of collective experience to her credit, Ms. Julyan has cultivated a fulfilling career in her chosen industry. Well-versed in communications, especially pertaining to government matters, she has excelled as the president of The AEJ Group, her own boutique communications business, since 2021. Additionally, since 2022, she has worked with Prolegis LLC, originally joining as the senior director of customer success and recently becoming an executive vice president for the organization in 2023. In her combined roles, she represents 80 members of Congress and provides them with tools that enable them to better serve their constituents. Prior to her current appointments, Ms. Julyan operated as a sales manager for Leidos in Washington, D.C. between 2020 and 2021. She initiated her career in communications in 2008, working as a marketing intern for the Nemetschek Group during the year.
Ever committed to her profession, Ms. Julyan remains affiliated with the Lockheed Martin Business Capture Association and the Lockheed Martin Competitive Intelligence (LMCI) Network. She previously worked with the Lockheed Martin Corporation in two key administrative roles from 2010 to 2016. As part of her vocational journey, Ms. Julyan pursued a formal education, attending the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and achieving a Bachelor of Science in marketing management and business management in 2010. In addition to her academic credentials, she also holds a certificate of completion in fundamental selling techniques from the American Management Association. Attributing her success to her perseverance, dedicated work ethic, and the guidance of her parents, Ms. Julyan hopes to continue expanding The AEJ Group to assist other government officials outside of the Congress in the coming years.
