He additionally contributed to Tata Sons Private Limited as the chief marketing officer in 2009. At Incat Europe, he began his service with the company as the managing director in 2001 before advancing to the senior vice president in 2006, a role in which he stayed until 2008. In 1993, he garnered expertise as an executive as the managing director of ICE in the United Kingdom until 1999. Before beginning in a managerial role, he contributed to Siemens between 1986 and 1992 in information technology systems and outsourcing and as a product marketing specialist at Logica between 1983 and 1986.
To support his ambitions in engineering, Mr. James graduated from St. John’s University in 1982 with a Bachelor of Science in electronics and engineering. With this knowledge, he managed an engineering consulting business where he built brands for his clients. Mr. James was recognized for operating the Healthcare Agency of the Year in 2022. He was also selected among the Top 100 Marketing and Advertising Leaders of 2021. In 2023, he was included as a Marquis Who’s Who Biographee. In addition to his career achievements, he is active as a partner with Born and Raised Detroit, whose illustrious work with disadvantaged youth in Detroit has raised over $1 million since its founding. Continuing with his desire to help children, he is affiliated with the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
Mr. James attributes his success to developing a rigorous process that propels Tilt and allows employees to contribute their best work.
