Mr. Delaney previously found success as a chief financial officer for Pacific West Nurseries, LLC., between 2009 and 2010, and Reynolds Financial Group, LLC., between 2007 and 2009. He honed his skills as finance director at International Facilities Group, part of Stockton Management LP., between 2006 and 2007.
Passionate about setting goals and ensuring success, Mr. Delaney utilized these traits and graduated from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and accounting in 1986. Subsequently, he was granted licensure as a certified public accountant from the Oregon Board of Accountancy in 1988. He later acquired a license from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in 2002 and the California Board of Accountancy in 2010.
Committed to being a team player, Mr. Delaney wants to be known as a man who cares about people and their success. His legacy will show that he treated people right and made intelligent decisions. His proudest achievement was turning an agricultural startup, known to be expensive and challenging, into a profitable business in just three years.
Looking toward retirement in the upcoming years, Mr. Delaney intends to learn to surf and play the guitar. He also hopes to gain proficiency in the Spanish language. When he is not working, he enjoys participating in martial arts and spending time with his three sons.
