Since 2022, Ms. Ramirez has excelled as a career coach and bilingual human resources professional with a passion for helping both companies and candidates discover their perfect matches through her recruiting business, SBR Talent Experts. Prior to these roles, she worked as part of the talent acquisition team for Genesis Healthcare from 2022 to 2023, a clinical recruiter with CareerStaff Unlimited from 2022 to 2023 and part of the talent acquisition team with Sema4 from 2021 to 2022. Ms. Ramirez garnered additional experience as a billing coordinator with Sema4 from 2017 to 2019 and a recruiting coordinator with the same company from 2019 to 2021. Moreover, she has contributed to her community as a volunteer human resources manager for Educacion Diversa, a nonprofit organization that empowers others through art-based education with a focus on human rights. Currently, Ms. Ramirez is practicing in partnership with Goodwin Recruiting, through which she has been able to develop relationships with companies and high-quality candidates to foster exceptional employment opportunities.
In preparation for her professional pursuits, Ms. Ramirez attended Universidad de Manizales, where she was named a Top Student, and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing in 1999. In 2006, she earned a degree in English as a second language from Westchester Community College, part of the State University of New York system. Ms. Ramirez has continued her higher education, graduating from the University of Barcelona with a master’s degree in human resources management in 2023. Alongside her formal degrees, she was certified as a professional life coach by ICF Sabiduria Life Coaching in 2016. Among her achievements, she considers coming to the United States and finding success as her greatest accomplishment.
