Company: Our Kings and Queens Nitrile Gloves and Our Kings and Queens Home Health
Location: Saint Louis, Minnesota, United States

JaOhn S. Cooper, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer at Our Kings and Queens Nitrile Gloves and Our Kings and Queens Home Health, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in healthcare.

With nearly 10 years of experience to her credit, Ms. Cooper has excelled as executive director and chief executive officer at Our Kings and Queens Nitrile Gloves since 2021 and Our Kings and Queens Home Health since 2015. She launched Our Kings and Queens Home Health with the intention of providing trustworthy and compassionate care to elderly and disabled populations, offering customer-direct services, in-home assistance, and guidance with U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs and Department of Mental Health processes.  Notably, Our Kings and Queens Nitrile Gloves has been federally trademarked by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Ms. Cooper was inspired to begin a career in the nitrile glove business by her personal experience at the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic. She struggled to acquire healthcare supplies and find reliable suppliers, prompting her to start her own line of gloves. Her initial intention was limited to providing resources to her staff, but the idea grew into a business with the goal of helping other home health care companies. As such, she provides vital health products to underserved populations and a wide array of professions.

Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Ms. Cooper has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles. Before embarking on her professional path, she completed an associate’s degree in nursing. She notably founded the Father John Foundation, for which she served as chair. She is a certified national provider identifier of healthcare information. For her efforts and management of her staff, her company has received an A+ rating by the Better Business Bureau, and Ms. Cooper has been featured in several published articles.

Ms. Cooper attributes her success to her resilience, as she does not stop developing new ideas or recreating herself if needed. Throughout the duration of her career, she is most proud of the relationships that she established in her community. She is known for providing reliable health care services and materials, but also for providing day-to-day donations such as toiletries and personal hygiene kits for those in need. In the immediate future, Ms. Cooper hopes to allocate a portion of the proceeds of her businesses toward building apartment complexes to provide housing for people with developmental disabilities. She also plans to expand her businesses and franchise in Georgia and Texas.
