With expertise in Agile frameworks, Mr. Dukes is an accomplished professional SAFe Program Consultant Trainer. Since 2018, he has been a lean-agile coach and trainer with Cprime Inc., and since 2015, he has been a lean-agile SAFe Portfolio coach and trainer with AgileAble. Prior to this role, Mr. Dukes worked for Chevron, Agile Velocity, Southwest Airlines, Bank of America, J.S. Walker, Stein Mart and ADT Security Services, among numerous companies and organizations. He began his career as a business analyst intern with National City Bank in 1999, after which he was a business analyst intern with Nationwide Insurance in 2001. Among his achievements, Mr. Dukes is proud to be among 135 individuals worldwide with a SAFe Practice Consultant Trainer certification.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Dukes attended Bowling Green State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in management information systems in 2001. In 2003, he obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Findlay, and in 2012, he earned a diploma in practical ministry from Charis Bible College. Mr. Dukes holds numerous professional certifications. In 2023, he became certified as a SAFe Practice Consultant Trainer through Scaled Agile Inc. He also holds credentials through the Project Management Institute and the Scrum Alliance. In his spare time, Mr. Dukes enjoys spending time with family, spending time outdoors, hiking, and boating with friends and family.
