Neil L. Glasberg, President and Chief Executive Officer at The Coaches Agency, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership.

With more than 40 years of professional experience, Mr. Glasberg has excelled throughout his corporate career, continuing through the transition to entrepreneurship in 2008, when he became the founder and chief executive officer of Pinnacle Business Inc. Alongside this position, he has been the president and chief executive officer of The Coaches Agency since its inception in 2017, as well as PBI Sports & Entertainment since 2008. He is proud to work in the human capital industry (representation, executive search, coaching services) and hopes to continue his professional growth in the future. Within the next five years, Mr. Glasberg aims to become one of the world’s leading executive coaches.

In preparation for his professional pursuits, Mr. Glasberg attended Vanier College and graduated in 1981 with a degree in commerce. He continued his higher education in 1984, obtaining a bachelor’s degree in marketing from McGill University. Alongside his formal education, Mr. Glasberg holds numerous professional certifications. He was a certified agent with the National Basketball Players Association, a certified Six Sigma Green Belt, and a certified contract adviser with the Canadian Football League Players’ Association. Along with the certifications, Mr. Glasberg also sat on several business boards and, from 1989 to 1992, was an active volunteer firefighter with the Dollard des Ormeaux Fire Department in the Montreal area.

Prior to his executive career in the financial services industry, Mr. Glasberg served as a district sales and service manager for General Motors, as senior vice president with GE Capital Fleet Services, and proudly participated in the General Electric Management Development Program at GE Crotonville. From 1998 to 2006, he was the senior vice president of the BMO Financial Group, and from 2007 to 2008, he was the president and chief executive officer of Invis Inc. and the head of mortgage services with HSBC Financial Corp. In 2009, Mr. Glasberg worked as the senior vice president of the National Bank Financial Group before officially transitioning his career to entrepreneurship when he became the president and chief executive officer of Pinnacle Business Inc.

Among his accomplishments, Mr. Glasberg is proud of having been named as the Honorary Lieutenant Colonel of the Canadian Armed Forces Military Police Academy, a recognition he received from His Excellency, the Governor General of Canada, on behalf of the late Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, in 2012. From 2007 to 2011, Mr. Glasberg thoroughly enjoyed his time as a volunteer in his role as chairman of the board for Special Olympics Canada. He enjoys sharing his knowledge as an inspirational speaker alongside his primary roles. Mr. Glasberg attributes his success to his positivity, perseverance, confidence and leadership experience. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, biking and playing ice hockey.
