Mr. Heiner is an accomplished professional who currently excels as the founder, chief mission officer and executive coach of TFH Transformations LLC. Prior to this position, he worked with the U.S. Department of Defense from 2008 to 2022. From 2008 to 2013, he garnered experience as an office-level manager with the U.S. Department of Defense, and from 2013 to 2022, he was a field department head.
In preparation for his career, Mr. Heiner attended the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, also known as Virginia Tech. He graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering. To keep abreast of his field, he maintains affiliation with Career Directors International and the Zeta Psi Fraternity.
Among his accomplishments, Mr. Heiner is proudest of receiving recognition for his work from President Obama at a State of the Union address. He is also proud to see the development of those he has worked with, as he was able to help many individuals achieve significant career changes and promotions. Mr. Heiner founded TFH Transformations to serve and assist his community, continuing his legacy of service after working with the U.S. government.
In the future, Mr. Heiner hopes to work with his wife to change the lives of local veterans and establish a vocational rehabilitation center in Central Florida. In his spare time, he enjoys attending concerts and baseball games. Committed to giving back, Mr. Heiner has also contributed his free time as a volunteer with a local hospice.
