With more than 10 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Healy has excelled as a partner at Simplicity Group since 2022. Prior to this position, he was active as a partner at Coastal Insurance Consulting, LLC from 2013 to 2022. Mr. Healy began his career as a sales manager for TDG from 2010 to 2013.
Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Healy pursued an education at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, from which he earned a bachelor’s degree in biology in 2006. He was initially drawn to the field of medicine during his youth with a desire to be a physician assistant or physical therapist, but decided to enter his present industry after weighing the financial responsibilities of graduate school. Mr. Healy was also greatly influenced by his mentor and business partner, Mike Driscoll, who have been friends for many years.
Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Healy has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his immediate circles. Notably, he was appointed as an ambassador with Finseca. He has likewise contributed to his community through St. Simon Jude Church. In light of his impressive undertakings, Mr. Healy has been inducted to the Million Dollar Club by New York Life in 2022.
Mr. Healy attributes his success to working hard and building relationships as well as the guidance of mentors who are still very much involved with him. Among the most important achievements of his career, he is incredibly proud of building the company from zero to 15 employees. He also fondly recalls the charity work conducted through Simplicity Group, including dedicating 5 percent of their net revenue to local charities on an annual basis. In the coming years, Mr. Healy is planning on growing Simplicity Group so he may take his business to the next level while cementing his legacy through his mentorship and the relationships he has forged with his clients.
