Aiming to impact communities, he entered the education field in 2003, serving as an adjunct professor at Jessup University until 2009, and joined Bethany University as an assistant professor between 2005 and 2011. In 2001, he found success as the chief executive officer at Mindbrook, Inc. until 2007. His career began in 1993 with Zilog, Inc. as a chip designer, a position in which he thrived until 1997 before advancing to product manager from 1997 to 2000.
Attributing his success to networking, Mr. Rayan began cultivating relationships at the University of Mumbai, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1989. He subsequently obtained a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Mississippi State University in 1993. A desire to expand his skillset led Mr. Rayan to enroll at the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, from which he graduated with a Master of Business Administration in marketing in 2001. Upon completing his education, he has enjoyed a successful career in his field and authored two books. In the coming years, his goal is to sell Resiligence, Inc. and enter the non-profit sector.
