She began her career as owner and manager at the Language Institute of Bonn, Germany from 1993 to 1999. She served as a consular associate for the Department of State at embassies in Mali, Albania, and the Netherlands from 1999 to 2007. She garnered expertise as a professor at Luigj Gurakuqi University of Shkodër, Albania from 2004 to 2005.
Before embarking on her professional path, Ms. Jenkins pursued an education at the University of Bonn, Germany where she earned a Bachelor of Sciences in French language and literature. She continued her academic efforts at California Coast University, where she graduated, summa cum laude, with a Master of Business Administration in 2022.
Beyond her responsibilities within the field, Ms. Jenkins has participated in numerous endeavors outside of her professional circles, including as a member of the Honor Society. In light of her impressive undertakings, Ms. Jenkins has accrued several accolades throughout her career. She was presented with the Meritorious Honor Award in 2006.
Ms. Jenkins attributes her success to being an inquisitive, open-minded, hardworking person, and tackling challenging goals. Her most notable achievement was becoming an intelligence analyst for the Department of Homeland Security. In the immediate future, she intends to focus on taking care of her husband.
