Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Wong pursued an education at the University of Central Florida, completing undergraduate coursework in 2003. He concluded his studies at Seminole State College of Florida in 2005, graduating with a general associate degree in computer and information sciences and support services. Motivated by his personal responsibility for the well-being of his siblings, he has been additionally driven by his desire to interact with others utilizing problem-solving skills and empathy, as he believes the key to customer service is changing people’s perspectives. Mr. Wong attributes his success to the support of his wife as well as his mentor, Alfred McNair, who he cites for having instilled confidence within him.
