Gilbert S. Molina, founder and owner of Gilbert S. Molina & Associates and chief executive officer at California Association Of Agricultural Labor, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in enforced labor law.

With over 50 years of experience to his credit, Mr. Molina has excelled as founder, owner, and labor consultant of Gilbert S. Molina & Associates since 2004 and as chief executive officer and president of the California Association of Agricultural Labor since 2008. He was appointed chairman of the board at same in 2016. He began his career as a revenue representative and tax payer service representative in the TPS department at the Internal Revenue Service for 7 years. He was appointed to the role of regional farm labor specialist in the Wage and Hour Division at the United States Department of Labor from 1972 to 2004. 

Before embarking on his professional path, Mr. Molina pursued an education at Fresno City College where he completed coursework in business administration, management, and operations between 1976 and 1979. He holds a certification in CPR and first aid from the Red Cross European Union Office.

Beyond his responsibilities within the field, Mr. Molina has participated in numerous endeavors outside of his professional circles. He served in the United States Navy on the US Kitty Hawk during the Vietnam War from 1972 to 1975. He held the role of commander at the American GI Forum and contributed to the Hispanic Foundation, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and the Run for Cancer. Additionally, he hosts a weekly podcast on labor law. 

In addition to his primary vocation, Mr. Molina remains affiliated with various organizations in relation to his areas of expertise. He was a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and AgSafe and was a lifetime member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.

Mr. Molina’s most notable achievement is the sustainability of California Association of Agricultural Labor. Their mission is to create a favorable business environment, foster good government relations, provide training, and positively impact future American contractors. In the immediate future, he intends to guide the next generation so that the organization can continue before he passes the baton, as well as to spend time with his family and engage in his hobbies, which include deep sea fishing, golfing, and walking.
