Sarah K. Norman, District Executive for the Transatlantic Council at Boy Scouts of America, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in youth organization administration.

With many years of experience to her credit, Ms. Norman has excelled as the district executive for the Transatlantic Council for the Boy Scouts of America since 2021. Prior to this position, she was active as the vice president of membership with the Horizon District of the Transatlantic Council for the Boy Scouts of America. During her time on the aforementioned council, Ms. Norman is particularly proud of the establishment of a camp in Kenya specifically designed to cater to scouts and scouters in the surrounding areas who faced challenges in finding suitable venues for their events.

Ms. Norman previously served as the president of the American Women of the Eastern Province from 2016 to 2018. Furthermore, she worked as the co-owner of CFG Consulting from 2011 to 2021 and an executive assistant for Trilogy Advisors in 2006. Outside of her primary endeavors, Ms. Norman has been affiliated with the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution and the National Society Children of the American Revolution.

To support her professional ambitions, Ms. Norman pursued an education at the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, from which she earned a Bachelor of Arts in political science in 2004. She concluded her studies at the University of London in 2014, graduating with a Master of Science in public policy and administration. Ms. Norman has been greatly influenced by a number of mentors throughout her career, including Thomas Jansen and John Erskine.

Ms. Norman has attributed her success to her unwavering commitment to positively impacting the individuals and communities with which she has interacted. As a testament to her stellar efforts, she has accrued several accolades throughout her career, including a Growth Award in 2022, a District Award of Merit and the Diamond Level James E. West Award. In the coming years, Ms. Norman hopes to advance to a senior administrative position on the Transatlantic Council.
