Glenn van Kooijk, a senior solutions architect at Artisan Studios, has been recognized by Marquis Who’s Who Top Executives for dedication, achievements, and leadership in the field of portfolio management.
A noted subject matter expert on portfolio, asset, project and strategic management, Mr. van Kooijk has found success in his latest role at Artisan Studios, where he serves as a senior solutions architect. In this capacity, he leverages his experience in the information technology industry toward marshalling technological solutions on behalf of a number of clients. Among these clients is, most notably, Chick-fil-A, one of Artisan’s largest partners, for whom Mr. van Kooijk evaluates and advises on supply chain distribution processes and technology. Outside of his work at Artisan, he has worked as an independent enterprise project management office consultant since 2001 – during this time, Mr. van Kooijk has contributed at a great number of firms, including Citigroup Inc., Topforce, Dimensys, Solution Architecture BD, and Planview. In the latter role, he is most proud to have assisted in establishing an enterprise portfolio management system in Singapore for over 200,000 workers in the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation region.
Mr. van Kooijk initially drew inspiration from the example of his parents, who worked for the United Nations as agricultural engineers and worked diligently to improve the lives of others. He went on to develop an analytical mindset as a result of his travels with them, and applied his talents to infrastructural projects at CARE International. Having cultivated a knack for quickly and intuitively grasping the intricacies of complex systems, he has long sought to serve as a bridge between people and technology. Looking toward the future, Mr. Kooijk aspires to utilize his knowledge as a board member at a large company, where his expertise in enterprise portfolio management can serve the greater good.
